    Security FAQ

Common questions about how Dryink handles your data and documents.

Does Dryink train foundational AI models on my documents?

No. Your documents are not used to train or fine-tune any foundational AI model — by Dryink or by any AI provider we work with.

Who does Dryink share my documents with?

Documents you upload are processed using third-party AI and infrastructure services that we engage to operate the platform. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than performing services on our behalf. Dryink does not sell your documents or share them with third parties for their own purposes. For a full description of how we share information, see our Privacy Policy.

What about attorney-client privilege and confidential information?

Dryink does not provide legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship. Documents you upload are processed by software, not reviewed by attorneys. See our Legal Disclaimer for more information.

Do Dryink employees have access to my documents?

Access to customer data is governed by role-based access controls (RBAC). Dryink employees do not routinely review document content. In limited circumstances — such as investigating a technical issue you've reported — authorized personnel may access relevant data. We maintain internal policies governing when and how this is permitted.

What security measures does Dryink use?

Dryink is built with security and privacy in mind, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and ongoing operational safeguards.

How long does Dryink retain my data?

Dryink retains your data only as long as necessary to provide the services and meet applicable legal obligations. After the applicable retention period, data is routinely deleted. You can request deletion of your data at any time by deleting your account or contacting us directly.

    Can I delete my data?

Yes. You can delete your account directly from the platform, which triggers deletion of your associated data. You may also submit a written deletion request by contacting us. Dryink will delete your data from its systems and downstream providers within an industry-standard timeframe, except where retention is required by law.
