Does Dryink train foundation AI models on my documents?
No. Your documents are not used to train or fine-tune any foundation AI model — by Dryink or by any AI provider we work with.
Who does Dryink share my documents with?
Documents you upload are processed using third-party AI and infrastructure services that we engage to operate the platform. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than performing services on our behalf. Dryink does not sell your documents or share them with third parties for their own purposes. For a full description of how we share information, see our Privacy Policy.
What about attorney-client privilege and confidential information?
Dryink is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or create an attorney-client relationship. We treat uploaded documents as confidential and use third-party service providers to process them on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations. Whether a document is protected by attorney-client privilege depends on the circumstances, including applicable law. Using Dryink does not itself establish privilege or guarantee that existing privilege will be preserved. See our Legal Disclaimer for more information.
Do Dryink employees have access to my documents?
Access to customer data is governed by role-based access controls (RBAC). Dryink employees do not routinely review document content. In limited circumstances, such as troubleshooting technical issues, investigating security incidents, or providing support, authorized personnel may access relevant data. We maintain internal policies governing when and how this is permitted.
What security measures does Dryink use?
Dryink is built with security and privacy in mind, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and ongoing operational safeguards.
How long does Dryink retain my data?
Dryink retains your data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services and comply with applicable legal obligations. When you delete your account, we delete your documents, review results, and account information from our active systems within 30 days. Copies in ordinary-course backups may be retained according to our backup retention procedures.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. You can delete your account directly through the platform or contact us to request deletion. When you close your account, you immediately lose access to your reviews. We delete your documents, review results, and account information from our active systems within 30 days, subject to legally required retention and ordinary-course backup procedures.
