Outputs are generated automatically and are not reviewed or approved by an attorney acting on your behalf.

Dryink is not a law firm. Dryink does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal representation. No employee, officer, contractor, or agent of Dryink is acting as your attorney or providing legal counsel through the services. Dryink is a software provider that provides automated document analysis, preparation, and markup functionality.

Your use of Dryink's services does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Dryink, its affiliates, or any of its personnel. Use of Dryink does not, by itself, cause information you provide to Dryink or output generated by Dryink to be protected by attorney-client privilege or the attorney work-product doctrine. Dryink's services are not a substitute for the advice of a qualified attorney. Each user is solely responsible for determining whether to seek independent legal counsel.

AI-Generated Output

Dryink's services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Dryink does not warrant that its services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dryink and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or reliance on Dryink's services or any output generated thereby, regardless of the theory of liability.

Any liability not otherwise excluded is subject to the limitations set forth in Section 14 of Dryink's Terms of Service.
